WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT BUSH'S TRIP?

Last week George W. Bush visited Europe and was met with a barrage of protests and negative opinion. The Europeans didn't like his positions on missle defense, the environment, capitol punishment, and the use of nuclear energy. He didn't visit England, France, Germany, and Italy, but still he was met by thousands of protesters and numerous riots, including a reported two thousand protesters who mooned him in Sweden. Bush lied to the Europeans about the Kyoto accords and he lied to Americans about his progress with the Europeans. Is this just a short-term setback or does it bode ill for the future? Does Bush have some things to learn?

"Can't we just send Europe a fruit basket or something?"

Darleen Edwards, Librarian

"Protests and riots are tragic releases following months of pent-up rage and despair. Unless they occur after a sports championship. Those rule. "

Clark Bender, Taxi Driver

"I'm sure that if Bush and his administration and representatives from all the European countries just sat down and talked honestly about their feelings, it would combust into violence 10 times worse than those riots."

Terry Jenner, Salesperson

"There are many good reasons to support capitol punishment: justice, revenge, that satisfying 'thwump' sound...but not to advance one's political career."

Ted Daniels, Office Manager

"America makes the best movies, the best TV shows, and the best snack foods. We can't do everything."

James Jackson, Business Student

"And Bush was so close to world peace before this, too."

Robert Duncan, CEO

this is a parody of an ONION parody.
